We often wonder if people still take a moment to read these sections anymore… If you’re here, stick around as we’ve got a story worth sharing.

We’re Good Life, an events agency bringing truly original ideas to life through dynamic brand activations and immersive experiences.

Our work utilises  everything from bespoke theming, creative  set design, custom props, word-class talent booking, immersive performers, actors and more.

Our vision is simple - to bring the creativity of festivals, music, and art into the corporate world, delivering big ideas with a focus on impactful experiences that break the mould. But first let us honour this section and tell you a bit about who we are...

We’ve been operating for 11 years and Good Life began when founders Louis & Will, students at Leeds University, saw that the event scene needed something new. It wasn’t just about big-name bookings or ticket sales; they wanted to create experiences that would transport guests into a new world. So, Good Life was born.

The first parties produced were small, but offered something totally different. Each had a weird and wonderful theme which would always extend to the venue itself. Every space underwent a full transformation with all the decor we could get our hands on, and if we couldn’t source it, we’d build or commission it ourselves. In short, we stopped at nothing to make the experience as immersive as possible.  A similar feeling to what you get at festivals, you’ve tuned up to a field and everything there has been created and installed for the period of time for you to enjoy and embellish the escapism.

Sonically we wanted to bridge the gap between the somewhat cliquey underground nights and the more inclusive commercial nights. We wanted to push underground DJs, ensuring the music and sound systems were the best they could be. We didn’t want it to be a pretentious night where people felt excluded and that’s why we set out to bridge that gap between underground and mainstream. This would also dictate something key, the fancy dress theme - there’s something interesting in the psychology of fancy dress whereby everyone can lose themselves, there’s no emphasis on brands or style per say and everyone is just there with the same agenda of having an amazing night and getting lost in the music and the production.

Our first event sold out in a 500 capacity venue in Leeds back in 2013 - from then it snowballed, the themes changed every month, the numbers grew, the tickets sold out quicker, we made sure invested everything back into the night - so the production was built or and modified each time, the offering became stronger with bigger headliners, more DJs, more rooms, immersive performers, food traders, bespoke decor etc - you name it we had it. We were creating mini festivals in every sense of the word.

It was time to expand across the UK. This took us to Fabric, Ministry of Sound, Bussey Building, Islington Metalworks, Oval Space, Camden Assembly, Brixton Jamm and The Cause in London, Motion, Lakota and Thekla in Bristol, Beaverworks, Canal Mills, The Old Red Bus Station, Freedom Mills and The Faversham in Leeds, Audio, Patterns, Concorde 2 and The Arch in Brighton, The Mill in Birmingham, Tramshed, Depot, Clwb Ifor Bach, Vale Warehouse and The Vaults in Cardiff, The Phoenix in Exeter, Digital, Cosmic Ballroom and World Head Quarters in Newcastle, Hidden and Mantra Warehouse in Manchester, Constellations in Liverpool, o2 Academy and The Bullingdon in Oxford, The Biscuit Factory in Edinburgh, The Plug and The Harley in Sheffield,

So we were operating in 13 major UK cities and we found ourselves working with local talent to help produce and build the shows. This included an array of talented set designers, scenic painters, artists, drama students, local DJs, performers, local food traders, local clubnights to host rooms and represent themselves. The Good Life club events were attended by as many as 5,000 people at a time and we'd always try and work in unique venues when possible - this included churches, decommissioned banks, unused textile mills and country manors in order to make sure no two events were the same.

So you might be wondering, what happened next? Well as we grew, the company grew with us and we started getting requests off the back of our club-focused events asking us to produce private parties which would range from 60th birthdays to Bah Mitzvah’s as well as various work with Universities including their summer balls and graduations. As well as these we were asking to produce immersive areas at festivals and our very own stages. It was clear that are skillsets weren’t just relevant in the nightclub industry so we restructured as an events agency and in recent years this has lead us to work with some of the biggest global brands including the likes of Ben & Jerry’s, Nike, Asos, LYNX, Tinder.

We’re now a 360 production agency, offering everything from concept to completion but our founding principal has always reminded the same, to overcome blandness and formulaic thinking in the events industry. This founding ethos is something we’ve carried forward to this day as we genuinely strive to go above and beyond, pushing the boundaries and producing stand out events that stick with clients.

No theme is too far-fetched, no brief is beyond the pale, if you can picture it, we’ll make it happen.

After all, we’re Good Life and we have a taste for difference.

IT'S
WHAT
WE DO

Our approach to event planning and brand activations is built on three core values: Creativity, Precision, and Partnership.

Creativity: We pride ourselves on designing experiences that are truly unique and tailored to each client. Our team takes an inventive approach to every project, weaving together fresh, immersive ideas that engage audiences on a personal level. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; each event is treated as a blank canvas, a chance to bring a brand's identity to life in a memorable, engaging way.

Precision: Details matter. From the initial concept to execution, our focus is on perfection and seamless integration. We ensure every aspect is precisely aligned with our client’s vision, creating a cohesive experience that captivates guests at every turn. Our team carefully curates each element of the event - design, lighting, staging, staffing and timing - to ensure that no detail is overlooked, resulting in an elevated experience.

Partnership: Every project is a collaboration, and we place a high value on building strong relationships with our clients. We work closely to understand their goals and visions, keeping communication clear and consistent from start to finish. This approach fosters trust and allows us to tailor our process to each client's specific needs, ensuring that their brand's message shines through at every event.

In addition to these values, we're passionate about sustainability. We prioritise reusable decor and eco-friendly options wherever possible, and seek to create events that are both impactful and mindful of the environment.

Through this combination of creativity, precision, and strong client partnerships, we’re able to deliver bespoke, unforgettable experiences that resonate with audiences and fulfil clients' goals. Our approach goes beyond traditional event planning - it’s about bringing visions to life in ways that are as memorable as they are meaningful.

With over a decade of experience in the events industry, Good Life has established itself as a leader in creating transformative brand activations, themed corporate events, and bespoke private parties. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with a wide array of clients, from emerging brands to established corporations, all looking for events that go beyond the ordinary. Our portfolio reflects our commitment to delivering unique, immersive experiences that captivate and engage.

Our team of event specialists bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity to each project, drawing on years of hands-on experience and an eye for the unexpected. We've become known for our ability to transform spaces, incorporating high-impact visuals, cutting edge lighting design and interactive elements that encourage guests to connect with the event on a deeper level.

A standout project was the creation, promotion and production of two festivals for Ben & Jerry's in order to aid the launch of their Sundaes range.

Of course unique venues and lineups were required so we picked Hastings pier for year one and sold out 4,000 tickets with Soul II Soul headlining. Year two took us to Bristol's iconic open-air Amphitheatre where we sold out 5,000 tickets two months before the event so it was only right to have Disco royalty, Sister Sledge heading up the lineup.

From the initial brainstorming session to the final touch, we’re deeply invested in every detail of the process, ensuring flawless execution and a cohesive vision. Our team’s expertise, creative approach, and collaborative spirit make us a standout choice for clients seeking events that resonate, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.

Our clients have one thing in common: like us, they relish difference. They want an event that’s immersive, visually arresting and memorable. In other words, what they don’t want is plain vanilla.

They want something memorable, something striking - something more than the everyday. At Good Life, we’re dedicated to creating experiences that are anything but ordinary, crafting moments that linger in the minds of guests and convey the unique personality of every brand we work with.

As a creative events agency, we bring together an exceptional blend of innovation, artistry, and precision to produce a wide range of experiences, from unique brand activations, themed corporate events, bespoke private parties (with a touch of hedonism) and music-driven events such as festivals, themed club nights and talent led pop-ups.

At the heart of Good Life is our unwavering principle: every event should be unique, tailor-made to fit the client’s needs and ambitions. Our team is driven by a passion for pushing boundaries.

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same - to craft unforgettable experiences that elevate brands and celebrate individuality and set the trends.
